This one pours a jet-black color with absolutely no head. This is my fourth dabble with a beer from Perrin, so far I have to admit, there hasn’t been too many beers that have won me over. This beer however, has had quite the hype behind it, all I have heard is good things, so I’m quite intrigued to see if it lives up to the reviews. The nose on this 15% bomb is straight up coconut, similar to 2013 BC Proprietors. The mouthfeel is a chocolate coconut bomb. I have to say other than that 2013 variant, this is the best use of coconut in any beer I’ve had. This is just incredible, too bad it’s 15% because I don’t think I can do more than one at once (98/100).
